The Post Graduate Diploma in Aviation Management (PGDAM) is an innovative program aimed to meet the needs and aspirations of working executives from aviation field.

The program is designed to fill the skill gap for practicing managers by exposing them to current scenario, advancements and new technological developments in the Aviation sector. The emphasis will be on the operations and management aspects. In addition to introduction to aviation and basic inputs on theory of flight, exposure to various functional aspects of aviation management will form a part of the curriculum. Towards this, topics like Organizational Structure and Operational Activities, Financial and Commercial issues including Economics of Air Transportation, Operations Research, Safety and Security challenges, Aviation Laws, HRD & Environmental Issues etc will be covered.

Classes will be conducted at city campus & the timings will be scheduled during evening hours (on working days) and on Sundays & holidays.

Eligibility:-  Any graduate in Engineering / IT / Science / Accounts & Finance / Commerce / Arts / disciplines from a reputed University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST candidates) are eligible.

Candidates should have work experience of minimum of 2 years in any reputed organisation (industry / R&D centers / regulating authorities / Airlines / Airports etc). Experience after graduation only will be reckoned for this purpose.

Duration:- 1 year (3 Semesters)

Selection Criteria:- Based on the entrance examination and interview performance
