B.Tech. Aerospace Engineering

Aerospace Engineering broadly covers both Aeronautical Engineering and Space Technology. The B.Tech Aerospace Engineering offered by the International Institute for Aerospace Engineering and Management (IIAEM), JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) prepares graduates to be able to apply the knowledge of aerospace domain to the analysis of complex aerospace problems with the usage of Finite Element Method (FEM) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools and to the development of feasible solutions.

The courses include aerodynamics, aerospace materials, aerospace structures, aircraft and rocket propulsion, flight mechanics, orbital mechanics, stability and control, and avionics. The graduates will also have an exposure to flight training, industrial training through internships and research projects.

The specific objective of the program is to create strong community of skilled aerospace engineering graduates. Graduates will be able to understand major challenges in aerospace vehicle design, stress and dynamic analysis with Finite Element Method (FEM), modeling and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, control system analysis, design and analysis of avionics and propulsion systems, and testing of components and systems

Eligibility:-  Pass in (10+2) or equivalent course recognized by State or Central board and secured minimum marks as prescribed by State Government.

Duration:- 4 Years (8 Sems)

Selection Criteria:- Based on merit in the qualifying/entrance exam.
